EXCITING NEWS TO SHARE WITH YOU!!!! UNILEVER PROJECT SUNLIGHT & MEETING QUEEN LATIFAH!!!!
We want to share some exciting news with all of you. We would like to share information on a partnership that Kylee started this fall with Unilever Project Sunlight. Unilever Project Sunlight is an initative focused on encouraging people to take small steps to create a brighter future. Kylee was chosen to be 1 of 8 young people from around the world and 1 of 2 chosen from the US to participate in an international ad campaign to end hunger in the world. She was the youngest of all participants! It was an honor and privlege to be a part of this amazing project!
In October we traveled to Mumbai India where Kylee was part of a film project on childhood hunger and other world issues. We are finally allowed to share information on the project!!
The project is launching on Monday, November 17th. Kylee has been invited to be part of the launch of the national ad campaign. She will be appearing on the Queen Latifah Show on Monday, November 17th . The show airs at 9 am on Channel 4 in our area of Massachusetts. Should you live in other locations please check your guides for the channel and time that the show will air in your area. We wanted to let you know so that you might be able to see the show or at least dvr it in order to watch it later in the day.
After the show airs the ads will begin appearing on national TV bringing awareness to food insecurity and childhood hunger. The ads will also be shown at movie theaters throughout the country! We have just returned from Los Angeles where Kylee taped the segment for the Queen Latifah Show! It was an honor to meet Queen Latifah and appear on her show! We are thankful that she is helping to spread the word about childhood hunger!!
We are hoping that this ad campaign will bring awareness to childhood hunger and inspire others to do something to help!! Part of the campaign is the Share A Meal program where we encourage and challenge others to share a meal in their own communities. We will be planning a Share A Meal event in the near future in our community and would love to have you all be a part of it with us. Once we have finalized our Share A Meal event we will be sure to let you know!

Please note that some of the information will not be on the sites until Monday after the project is launched during the Queen Latifah Show.
Please share this exciting news with your family and friends and challenge them to share a meal!!! If we all work together we can end childhood hunger and make a difference in the world!! Kylee's dream and goal is that no child goes to bed hungry!!!
